Parent Consultation: Understanding Your Child’s Needs
A supportive conversation to help parents make sense of behaviors, learning challenges, and school concerns.
Includes:
• Review of developmental and behavioral concerns
• Discussion of school experiences and feedback
• Guidance on possible next steps
• Practical strategies to support your child
90 minute session – base price $300
Additional sessions can be added
IEP / 504 Plan Review & School Strategy Consultation
Support for families navigating school meetings, evaluations, and educational planning.
Includes:
• Review of current IEP, 504 plan, or evaluations
• Identification of strengths, needs, and gaps
• Preparation for upcoming school meetings
• Recommendations for appropriate supports and accommodations
Package of two 90 minute sessions – $600
Parent Behavior Strategy Coaching
Ongoing guidance for parents struggling with challenging behaviors at home such as avoidance, emotional dysregulation, or frequent conflict.
Includes:
• Initial consultation - 1 60 minute session
• Development of a practical behavior support plan
• Parent coaching sessions (4 60 minute sessions over 6 week period)
• Follow-up guidance and support after each session
6-Week Coaching Package – $1,200
School Meeting Preparation
Preparation for CSE/IEP meetings so parents feel confident and organized.
Includes:
• Document review
• Strategy session prior to meeting
• Key questions and talking points
One or two sessions depending on complexity of preparation - $250–$500
